In today's busy world we forget to take the time to recognize the good that people do. Today is not one of those days. Today I want to applaud one of your employees, Donna Wenc. This week, I was in a bind trying to get a flood insurance policy corrected prior to a loan closing and Donna came to my rescue. She made sure that all of the changes I requested were processed quickly and that I had evidence of the changes in hand immediately. She was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and patient with my issues. She came through for me with flying colors! I hope I get the chance to work with Donna again.

Good Afternoon,
This year like most companies, we have had to look at our expenses and see where we could save some money. With that said, I received another quote from another insurance company which was slightly lower than the quote from you. I have decided to stay with you for one reason and one reason only….Steve Perry. Steve has been excellent. He is super fast in getting what I need and I have never once had to wait on getting a certificate of insurance, or anything for that matter.
I just wanted you to know that you have a fantastic employee working for you and he is the reason my company is staying with you.

Hi Bill,
I'd like to give you and the Braley & Wellington team a pat on the back for the incredible service your company has given to me and my family over the years. Many companies say they have good service, and that is all it is, “talk.” Braley & Wellington is the essence of good service, regardless of the size of the issue.
Over the past two weeks Sandy (Blanchard) has helped me with a deductable issue between the glass company, the body shop and me stuck in the middle. She treated this claim like I was her only customer. She went to bat for me and her follow through was outstanding.
It is not just Sandy either. It is Tara (Fawe) too, who handles our account inside. We are regularly modifying our policies because my kids are in school or in the military or moving to a different state. Tara went so far as to help us find a local agent for my daughter who moved to Florida , because it was out of your coverage area. She even when so far as to help compare the new coverages with our existing policy. Who else would do that???
I'm not sure how long I have been with you, but I bet it has been close to 20 years. It nice to know I have Bailey & Wellington watching my back.

March, 2010 FYI, I always brag about you and the reason is I have worked as an Office Manager at other companies and here at MSG doing accounting, so about 20 yrs and I have never had the efficiency you have given us. I would like to thank you, because it makes my job so much easier. I just wanted to share that. This is why I have always given my best because I like the same in return.
